Arrived at the hotel/restaurant, yes, it's a hotel with a very big restaurant so expect noise at weekends. I arrived on a Monday evening around 5 and already the restaurant was getting busy, i went to reception but there was no one there, message said to sign in at bar, which when i asked them about a young waitress said she would sign me in but then , just like Mr Benn, the manager appeared and got me sorted and showed me to my room. Thank you for your kind comments, they are most certainly appreciated! It's always great to hear when a guest has enjoyed their stay and where well looked after by staff. We shall look into the bathroom window, many thanks for bringing this to our attention. On behalf of everyone, thank you and we look forward to seeing you again.
