Not a pleasant stay. Will be reaching out to Best Western corporate customer service. I had three (3) different groups attempt to enter room with key; that was unrelated to my party. Front desk issued room to a total of four (4) parties . Room odor was horrible. Wi-Fi did not work (worked, just not able to log in). Had to call three (3) different numbers to resolve, which all ultimately failed. Check-Out is 11:00; promptly at 11:02 AM the bouncer/owner/manager; who, in my opinion looked very "thugsy" knocked on my door to advise us "We were past check out time!". I was finishing up my packing with my family (whom was all in shock). We completed our packing as rapidly as possible. The wife/manager of the owner was unconcerned about my stay experience. As I was checking out two (2) other guests approached the reception desk, both with similar to same notification of "being past the check-out time". less
