The hotel looks pretty new on the outside and is quite big with 3 floors. However, when we entered, the checkout counter is very deep and a little high and the elevator was extremely smelly. We couldn't bear it and had to use the stairs. The card key maker was broken so we had to get someone from the front desk to unlock our room every time we went out. There were earwigs in the washroom. We thought there was no hot water in the bathtub and when we called the front desk, the attendant informed us that maybe the hot water and cold water selections were reversed because of the Spanish installation instructions? It would have been helpful to inform us before we got to our room so we wouldn't be standing in the bathtub wondering where the hot water was. The seating area in the breakfast room is not well-laid out so there is only 2 to 3 per table when there are often 4 people in the family. Given the size of the hotel, the breakfast room is very small, probably a capacity of 24-30 people. less

Thank you for reviewing your stay with us. I am sorry that your experiences with us were not the best, and I will take your suggestions into consideration.
I am sorry that our key card encoder was down during your stay with us. There was an unexpected malfunction with the device, and we had to rush order replacement parts, but the positive is that the device now functions fully properly and there are no issues with creating keys for our guests.
We are also in the process of renovation our elevators interior, and are working with our elevator company to move that forward. We hope to have that accomplished soon for our guests. In addition to that, we have ordered brand new, modern furniture for our breakfast room to fully maximize the space and allow more guests to enjoy their breakfast simultaneously. We hope to receive that in the upcoming weeks and to implement them as soon as we receive them.
