Based on your comments, I am pleased to see you enjoyed your overall stay. I want to send my apologies about the restaurant on-site. The restaurant is still fairly new and they are still adjusting to the area and their hours of operation are still fluctuating to meet the best for everyone. The restaurant is independently owned and operated, outside of our hotel, and unfortunately, that means my staff is not always aware of when they are open. It does seem like they have finally stabilized their hours and they are mainly open at night during the week. I can understand how inconvenient it can be, and we are working with them to try to stay informed about what their hours are so our guests can enjoy a bit to eat or have a drink. Dear Melvin S, Thank you for your continuing loyalty to our hotel and writing reviews about your stays with us. I want to personally thank you for being very patient as we continue with our renovations. I know it seems like the projects are taking some time to finish, but we are still trying our best to allow our guests to stay at our hotel, and not have the renovations disturb our guests, which sometimes prolongs our projects. I apologize if you have not seen any recent improvements, but a lot of the changes we have made lately have been small but beneficial to our hotel and guests. We have been refinishing interior doors, repairing walls, updating our air conditioning systems with full digital displays, and more, but like I said, a lot of them are small and might not be immediately noticed. We have replaced some of the furniture in our rooms, and are still replacing more items in our rooms as time goes on. As for the elevators, I am still working with my elevator company and the state to get the permits and equipment ready before they can complete the work. My staff and I are trying our best to accommodate all our guests, and we definitely appreciate everyone’s patience.
