Checked in everything was fine but then around 4pm the electricity went out and didnt come back on till 3:30am the next morning. Temperature was about 100 degrees and without working airconditioning it was unbearable. Also no tv, working room phone so couldnt contact front desk. Also no working elevatorl and I was on the 3rd floor. Due to disabilities the stairs was not an option. So at checkout next morning was told it was due to damaged transformer and wasnt the hotels fault. Hotel management stated hotel would not compensate guests but I could file claim with PG&E. Now that is bullcrap and not proper business practice. Hotel should compensate guests and then hotel file claim with PG&E. You can tell how management is as to how they handle and deal with difficult situations. This hotel management failed horribly.
BW Corporate not much help either so due to their ineptitude they have lost a customer of over 40 years.
Better off going to nearby town for your hotel needs, I know I will. less
