My issue is being over charged and getting no help in resolving. I called the day after I left to get information on why I was being charged more then I was told it would be. The desk help informed me I stayed a day longer then I actually did. She told me should look into it and call me back, 4 days later no one called me back so I called back and the person answered and told me she really did not know why and I would have to talk to the DM DEV, but of course he was not in and the only way I could get in contact with him was to email him. I tried calling Best Western corporate number and was on hold for 45 minutes to just be hung up on without anyone answering. I would rather be telling everyone the hotel was very clean all the staff was very nice but I can brag about this nice hotel that would be at a good rate because they are over charging me (SO BEWARE AND GET RATE IN WRITING) less

Thank you for staying with us. As we discussed yesterday, there was a miscommunication and our record indicates that you stayed one more night than originally scheduled and hence that was a charge. As we discussed, your satisfaction is important to us and hence, we have refunded the last night's charges to your account. If there is anything else that we can do, please let us know directly at the hotel.
