Stayed for our Wedding anniversary and the place seems to have upped there pricing ($251.00 for one night 2 people king bed standard room) first thing I notice is dog hair everywhere in the room, between the sheets, in the refrigerator...alot in the fridge, basically everywhere. Next item of disappointment was they book people with children up on the 3rd floor so around 2am the banging above me finally stopped...up at 5 since the window outside our room was right in front of where everyone that works there smokes or hangs out I guess since the noise started at 5am...so now I am awake 3 hours sleep and its stuffy in the room so I open the window to a massive could of cigarette smoke...oh joy! close the window, shower, get ready for the day and head down for the breakfast buffet (which has been really good in the past) first off the food was way below par of what they used to offer, powdered eggs, rotten black spots all over the potatoes, no biscuits and gravy and the topper....are you ready? DOGS! Dogs in the dining area, dogs in the sitting area dogs frigging everywhere...like really people not everyone is a dog lover or wants dogs around them and top say the least wants to be eating next to a bunch of dogs...FFS leave your damn dog in the room for 5 damn minutes people!!!! I will not be going back to this place and the management doesn't seem to give 2 cents if you are truly happy or they would have offered to chop a few bucks off the travesty of the $251.00 fee they charge to stay in a god dammed pet hotel...nope not going back and will not recommend... less

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future. If something is not meeting guest expectations during the stay, we are more than happy to fix any issue that arises. As for the smoking outside of your room, we have been looking at options to move the smoking area so this issue does not arise. I do apologize for whomever was smoking at 5 am, however, it was not our employees at that early of an hour. Once again, I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay.
