If I could, I would have given this hotel between 2 and 3 stars. If it hadn't cost $370/night, it might be worth 3 full stars but not more. I expected much better at that price, and given the good reviews on this site and past experience with Best Western in other locations. Our room was way overpriced.
We stayed 2 nights recently with our grandson to celebrate his birthday. I realize weekend prices are jacked up, but unfortunately it was the only time we could come. If I had known the quality of the room I would have booked somewhere else.
We had the 2-queen beds room. The beds were really only a little wider than double beds (we have a queen so know these are smaller than regular queen size).
The room and bathroom are small. No counter space to put anything in the bathroom.
The sink drained VERY slowly. It filled half the sink before draining.
There was no lock on the bathroom door (!?)
Besides all that, on the morning we were checking out, maids knocked on the door FOUR times between 9:45 and 10:45 (check out is 11:00). And we had the Do Not Disturb sign out. Luckily we had the deadbolt on, because after knocking they would try coming in without even giving us time to answer. Not good!!
The hotel has no pool, I think for the prices they charge they should at least have that.
The reasons I'm not giving the hotel 2 stars is because it was clean, had a good hot breakfast, and is an easy walk to everything. less

Thank you for your stay with us. We truly appreciate your business. I am sorry that you were disappointed. To address some of your concerns...our beds are purchased via Best Western International Supply and must comply with strict regulations as to quality and size....a queen is a standard size. We are not allowed to provide a smaller size ...nor would we want to. The housekeeping team has been counseled regarding your experience. I do apologize for their interruption to your stay. And finally, we too wish we had a pool. We would love to provide that amenity to our guests. I am sorry that we were not able to provide that for your stay.
