DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
They are utterly unreliable, untrustworthy and unprofessional.
3 years ago my nephew and his bride to be booked 22 rooms for their wedding party for 2 nights. Obviously the pandemic halted proceedings and the wedding was rearranged twice. Throughout, the hotel was kept updated.
4 weeks before the wedding, they CANCELLED 9 ROOMS, WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION or offer of assistance to find alternative accommodation. The General Manager has now cancelled more rooms so 3 weeks before the long awaited wedding, we have no accommodation for the wedding party. There has been NO SUPPORT or offer of compensation from The Lion Hotel or Best Western Hotels.
3 years of planning and preparation down the drain with not so much as an apology!!
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING customer service!!! You do not deserve paying guests!! less
