We had been driving all day and needed somewhere to stay. We went in the guy at the front desk was nasty and said in a rude tone $100 second floor. They have no elevator so any heavy luggage has to be carried. It wasn't that clean either. We walked out and went to a different hotel. This best western had a motel 6 feel to it. less

We strive each day to offer excellent customer service and a clean, comfortable room. We are a exterior entrance Hotel, and we do not have elevators. We try very hard to place guest on the floor they want.
This Hotel has just completed a full renovation of all of our guest rooms. And I wished you had gotten a chance to see the room and all the changes we have made.
