Ones again, I stayed at the Leoso in Leverkusen. I have reviewed the rooms in previous reviews and today I will focus on other goodies this hotel has to offer.
The breakfast times are very accommodating. Starting at 6.30am for early birds and is available until 10.30am so you can sleep in.
There is an extra charge for breakfast but it is very well worth the extra bucks. Some tour operators are offering this hotel including breakfast. However mostly you will find the same price directly on the hotels own website.
The warm and welcoming breakfast room / restaurant is equipped with a fancy barista style coffee maker so you can pick and choose between coffee creme, milk coffee, late macchiato, cappuccino, espresso and hot chocolate. You also get orange juice and other juices as well as water. There is a good assortment of tea to choose from which can be topped off with fresh lemon and sweetened with brown sugar for example.
Foods include yoghurts, fresh fruits, different kind of cereals. German kaiser rolls in different varieties and bread. Milk (regular and low fat), butter, margarine and a great variety of jam. You’ll find a large assortment of cheese and cold cuts along with some fresh vegetables. Scrambled, boiled and fried eggs as well as hot sausages.
The hotel is centrally located with parking right in front of the hotel. Within minutes you can walk to a shopping mall close by.
This hotel also features a huge indoor pool which is located in the basement. It can be conveniently reached by elevator. The two elevators are new and feature a security system to only allow access to guests with room card. Some rooms also feature a descent size safe to lock your valuables.
