A 5 minutes walk from the Nation subway station you find this small hotel. We stayed in a nice room furnished with a small dining table and chairs, two beds, tv and a roomy closet. The room also had a kitchenette with some plates etc and a refrigerator. The bathroom had a bath tub and was clean and nice, but quite cold all the time. Our room was locaded at the ground floor facing the inner patio/small garden. Some nights we were a bit disturbed by people arriving or leaving in the middle of the night, pulling their luggage across the patio's cobblestones.
We had breakfast included and it was perfectly ok - some different kinds of bread, yoghurt, different juices, tea/coffee, scrambled and boiled eggs and some ham, cheeses etc. Not a luxury breakfast choice (no greens or vegetables) but ok, we had nothing to complain about.
The best thing with this hotel is the closness to the Nation subway, you'll get there in only a couple of minutes. The neigbourhood felt safe and we never had any problem with anything. There was not a lot of trafic on the street.
If you walk in the other direction you can take a nice long walk all along the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine down to the Bastille and from there it's close to the Marais quarters - well worth visiting! less
