We are sorry that your stay was disturbed by the snow clearing operation, when we have snow accumulations, it is our responsibility to be sure that the parking is well maintained for the security of our customers. Lorena the clerk on duty that morning give you a late departure at 1 pm for the inconvenience. We hope that you will consider to stay with us again on your next trip in Laval.

Best solo vacation ever!
