The best and only good thing about our stay was the individual who checked is in, she was very pleasant. She even offered to help us carry our bags to our room since the cart was being used and also to print the directions to the event location we we’re going to that evening.
Unfortunately those were the only positives about our stay. Although the room itself was clean, it was very muggy and smelled mildewy at first entry. We left A/C running on cold all evening while we were out, returned to a a semi cooler room but still very muggy/damp/humid. It stayed this way all night, my clothes that were in my bag felt damp, the floor (carpet) felt wet for the brief second my feet touched it. The restroom itself was hot and muggy, almost not worth taking a shower and honestly we couldn’t wait to get out of the room this morning. Also the WiFi wasn’t working late last night or at 9:30 this morning.
Was told at check out they have been leaving room doors open to let them dry out from the humidity. I don’t believe that’s working. Perhaps they A/C’s are the problem. The front desk associate (different than at check in and not nearly as friendly) tried to tell me the wi-fi wasn’t down but...I’m 100% sure it was. She was also not all apologetic about our complaints.
Sad to say we would not stay at this location again, nor recommend it to anyone else. This is the worst Best Western experience we’ve had, aside from the nice woman (owner?) that checked us in. less
