We stayed there for the weekend with our little one.
The family room on the ground floor is really large. It had three beds, two next to each other forming a "King" bed, and the third separate.
Due to Covid-19, no cooked breakfast was served, but we were provided with a packed one with a breakfast bar, yogurt, a cheese and tomato sandwich (but you could have a ham one) which was really fresh. They leave it outside your door at the time you decide.
There's a kettle in the room, but because of covid-19 tea, coffee, UHT milk, sugar and biscuits are left outside in the hall for the guests to take from whenever they needed to. The same place also had the shower gel.
Again, due to covid-19, there's no room service, which is perfectly understandable.
There's a nice swimming pool which the little one just loved. Again, due to covid-19, you had to book a one hour slot in the pool in advance, which meant we had the pool for one whole hour for ourselves!
The two chaps at the reception, one on each shift, were really nice and helpful.
The only slight problem we had was when some people moved in on Saturday, apparently with a lot of children, as they kept slamming the doors, which was a bit annoying. This is the only reason I'm not giving it 5, probably unfairly because it's not the hotel's fault but the guests'. less

Thank you for your review of the hotel.
Indeed we have had to make a few changes to the way we do things but overall I am please to see you enjoyed your stay.
The pool is great now that it is back open and I have raised the temperature to 31 degrees with all the children coming.
We have started a booking system to limit the numbers but as we are open all day there is plenty of time for everyone.
Please give me a call next time on 01904625787 for the best rate and cheaper parking. Parking is still free until the end of the year when you book direct with the hotel.
I look forward to your next visit.
