Our visit started out pretty good. Things got crazy at about 1:15 in the morning. We woke up to the sound of the Jacuzzi tub and/or shower above us running. It was extremely loud! It ran on and off till about 2:00, which by then, we were hearing a constant dripping in our room. It took a while to figure out that what we were hearing was their tub leaking into our room. The drip got faster and faster became almost a constant stream of water. We called the front desk to tell them what was happening, and they asked if we would like to move to another room. So at 2 am, we moved down the hall to another room.
In the morning, we asked the front desk worker if they would offer any dicount or vouncher for all the hassle and inconvenience. She said no, not since they had another room available to move us to. I'm not sure if the front desk worker was a manager or not, but she didn't even try to ask a manager about giving us a discount or ask us if we would like to talk to a manager.
Our biggest complaint is how much sleep we lost because of a leaking tub that didn't get fixed properly. The front desk said they knew it had leaked before, but thought it was 'fixed' because someone had 'looked at it.'
That's not something I would expect from a Best Western. I would expect that from a $40 value motel. less

I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience at our hotel. I will work with fixing the constant dripping from the room above. I have refunded you half of the room. Sorry for the inconvience.
