I stayed here for one night only. The lobby was nice and I was able to check in early which was appreciated. There is a lively restaurant/bar on the property which I enjoyed. The room was comfortable but dated. The carpeting really needs to be replaced. It did not look clean. There was a nice pool area, which my room overlooked with a small patio. Unfortunately, my room had no chairs outside. Most did. My biggest complaint was that I had NO hot water in my room. Not even warm water. I was only there for one night so was not a big deal. I did not bring this to their attention as I had an early morning flight. I would assume that, had they known, the issue would have been addressed. Wish I could give 2 1/2 stars. less

We are very sorry that you found the room's carpet not up to your expectations and we apologize for it. As we mentioned before, your satisfaction is extremely important to us so if you had let our front desk staff know that there were no chairs on your balcony, they would have immediately sent some chairs for you.Regarding the hot water, please accept our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience; we had a problem with our boiler room and we assure you that it got fixed as quickly as we could.
