My stay started with a 30 minute wait to check in. Front desk incompetence. Then my room key did not work. So I had to go down to the front desk to get another. I went to the attached Denny's for something to eat. They asked if I had a meal coupon which I only had one that I was going to keep for breakfast. So I received the "pay yourself" menu. The prices were incredibly high. A grand slam was $15.00US. Steak and eggs were $30.00. So I ordered a small appetizer and a diet coke for $12.00. The next day I went down for my "free" breakfast. Completely different menu from the previous evening. I could have coffee or juice, but not both. I received one piece of bacon, one egg and hash browns that I could have cooked myself. I will never stay there again. I'll go down to the Sleep inn next time. John Rothwell less

We are very distressed to learn that it was not to your expectations since nothing is more important for us than our guests' total comfort, satisfaction and well being. Please accept our most sincere apologies for all the inconveniences you experienced, especially for the key. We are also sorry that you did not like the options we offer for our complimentary breakfast. When our guests are not satisfied with the complimentary breakfast menu at Denny's, they can choose something from the regular menu, use the breakfast ticket to deduce part of the regular menu prices so our guests will only have to pay for the amount with the ticket deduction. We are also very sorry but we only offer one daily complimentary breakfast per person. Once again, we are very sorry that your stay was not up to your expectations.
