We really do thrive to make our guests feel completely comfortable and satisfied by making sure that they have everything they might need, from very comfdortable accommodations to very good services. We ask you to please accept our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced with the hot water in your room. We were having problems with the boiling room and we did everything we could to repair it as soon as possible. Once again, please accept our apologies for your inconvenience. We are also sorry about the service you received from one of the restaurants in our premises. Eventhough neither of them belongs to the hotel, we are going to share your comments with their Management so that they can take them into account as soon as possible. On the other hand, we are glad you found our locations so convenient since we are 15 minutes away from the airport (when there is not so much traffic) and just 10 minutes away from downtown and from the country's best commercial and entertainment area. We are also very glad that you found our location so convenient because as you mentioned before, we are right in the middle of everything and just 15 minutes away from the airport, 10 minutes from the country's best comercial and entertainment area and only a sotne throw away from a grocery store, and a wide variety of restaurants. We are very sorry that ypou found our complimentary breakfast options limited, we assure you that in Denny's you can use the breakfast voucher with the regular menu and you would only have to pay for the difference of the regular price after deducting the vouchers value, that way you can have a wider variety of breakfast options.
