I had to go to Phoenix on business. This is the first time it was not part of a conference and had a pre-selected resort. In the past I’ve stayed at the Phoenician and I’ve stayed at Royal palms. This time the client I was visiting suggestrRoyal palms. This time the client I was visiting suggested The best Western on Northern since it was close to the airport and close to where we would be meeting. I checked in late and the desk staff or quite friendly. Unfortunately there was no coffee or drinks available in the evening. My room was facing Northern Avenue. I wondered why they were ear plugs on the nightstand. I soon found out why. The traffic noise on Northern Avenue was pretty bad. The next morning the breakfast Was surprisingly good and the ladies taken care of it were very friendly. I am sure it was a good value for the Phoenix area. However the right I paid was a little pricey for the level a best Western. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I would probably stay there again but request an interior room less

Thank you so much for giving us a try. We appreciate your business and are happy to know you found the hotel clean and the staff friendly.
I am sorry you were not aware that coffee is available for all guests 24 hours a day in the lobby as well as the coffee maker in each room.
We are also sorry you were disturbed by the local traffic.
We offer a large variety of items at breakfast and our breakfast team is the best. They work very hard to keep the food hot and fresh and the dining room spotless. They are at the top of their game when it comes to customer service.
We are delighted to know that you will give us another try in the future and we look forward to that visit.
