The room was filthy and needed wiped down. The website did not state the pool and hot tub were still closed for COVID. Front desk stated all in area were still closed. The Hampton and Hilton Garden pools were open. No breakfast. The info given was a bag to go with a yogurt, fruit, water, and hot breakfast sandwich or burrito. There was water, apple, and a muffin the size of a half dollar. We had to leave before staying second night. Just horrible less

Thank you for bringing to our attention your experience and comments regarding your stay in our hotel. We are very disappointed to learn of your experience at our hotel, and we apologize for the many issues that you encountered especially with the condition of the hotel and the cleanliness at that time. Steps shall be taken to improve everything on priority and to ensure no other guests will experience the same.
We have implemented many new guidelines and procedures for cleaning in our hotel rooms. We focus on "high touch" areas that could harbor germs and have implemented additional cleanings of those areas, in addition to other steps we are taking around the hotel, to protect our guests and staff members.
As for the pool and breakfast service, it has been on hold due to the current situation. The health and safety of our guests and associates is our top priority.
During this uncertain time, we strive to ensure that we uphold our high standards for the safety of our guests and we want to assure you that we will use your comments to address this issue with our team.
