Thank you Larry for taking the time to complete this review. I understand that there was an AC malfunction in your room. That room was not under remodel, though I can assure you. I had hoped that the upgrade to a suite room on the same floor at no extra cost, along with the coupon I sent you via email for 50% off of your next stay would be considered compensation for your inconvenience. Most of our guests are satisfied with merely moving to another room. Unfortunately we cannot always predict when a piece of equipment is going to malfunction, but we tried our best to make sure you still enjoyed your stay with us. While equipment malfunctions are unpredictable, they are very rare to occur here at our hotel. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.
