I accidently booked a smoking room and I don't smoke, no other rooms available, so we dealt with it. First thing noticed no towels, had to get some from front desk. Room is clean, beds comfortable. Slept great. Went out for the day the next day, come back to room at 8 p.m., room was not serviced. I called and was told I should have read the "Notice", which I was not told too. No servicing during our entire stay unless asked! I would have asked our room to be serviced. Had to bring our own dirty ltowels/wash clothes to front desk to get clean ones. As a mom who cleans her own home, that little touch of having my room cleaned means the world to me! When I went to get more towels, she said they were out of bath towels so had to get me pool towels...HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE TOWELS IN A BUSINESS AS SUCH!?!?! I'm Diamond status and I wasn't recognized as such our offered the amenities for such. If I ever come back to the area, I would stay here again. DONE WITH THE COVID RULES, TIME FOR BW TO BE DONE AS WELL AND MOVE ON WITH LIFE! less
