Dear Dan, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am so sorry about that incident, that is absolutely not what we want our guests to experience. We will investigate all of these matters immediate, possible resolutions. Some of our services (breakfast, regular room cleaning) were being restricted due to Covid-19.
