My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. I saw on the website that the breakfast area would be closed right now, but that they were offering "individually wrapped" "grab and go" breakfast. Considering they claim to have "award winning breakfast" i thought this would be a bagel or homemade muffin, maybe some fresh fruit, but to my disappointment it was a brown bag with an apple juice box, a small pre- packaged blueberry muffin and a nutrigrain bar. There were no options, i was just handed a rolled up mystery bag by a disgruntled employee. Then there are the things the website doesn't mention. The jacuzzi is closed and if you are staying more than 1 night, housekeeping will not enter your room to clean / replenish anything. They say that safety and cleanliness are their priority, but the staff was not wearing protective gear, i was not offered hand sanitizer and last but not least, the floor of our room was filthy. The bottom of my feet were black after walking across it once. I understand that these are trying times, but it seems like they are taking advantage of the situation to pay only a Skeleton crew and get rid of all of their amenities, but still charge the same amount to their guests. If you're considering staying here right now, I would either pay more and stay someplace nicer or pay less for a hotel that doesn't offer the extras because you will get the same level of service in the end. less
