Room was great. BUT, I got sick and had to leave early. I checked out having my slip in hand I went home. They told me to contact Travelocity but they did NOT emphasis that you MUST do it that day. I got charged for not being there. The manager was rude when I tried to explain it to him. I did not get angry but he was terrible to me on the phone. I was trying to calm him down. He said they had to hold my room, BUT I checked out! NEVER will I stay there AGAIN. My parents live in Rogue River and it's convenient, I'll drive to and from Grants Pass instead. I also think $30 a night is ridiculous for a small dog, especially since you are in a pet room. No place to walk the dog either. Sorry but don't stay here the rooms are fine but the management is terrible, so I am making a statement. I lost $250 less

I am very sorry to hear of your illness, which caused you to have to leave earlier than planned. Whilst an apology will not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, I do extend it with all sincerity. Unfortunately, when booking through an Online Travel Agency, any changes to that reservation must be done through that agency by the guest prior to or during the stay. As this was not done until after your original departure date, we were unable to make those changes.
Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
