The pictures of this property look great. I was extremely disappointed when getting to the room and the outside of the premises seemed a little sketchy. The lady that did the initial check in was really nice and spoke very good english. When we woke up the next morning and went down for breakfast, it was disappointing that all there was was packaged muffins, danish, yogurt, cherrios, nothing warm. We left for the day no one came in to take out trash and give us clean towels so I had to go and ask for them. When I went to the office to ask for them, on my way out again, they pointed to a closet to tell me that I could grab some towels and they would send someone to get trash. I got back that evening and my keys had been disabled so I had to go back to the office to get them rekeyed and that is when I got someone that did not know how to speak English and I had to wait for someone that knew enough Engilsh to understand me. Got to my room to see they came and took trash out and gave us 2 new towels, so here I go again down to the office to get towels, hand towels and wash clothes. Of course I have to mention the bath tub would not drain so you stand in a shallow puddle of water while you take a shower and on the last nigh we were there, when we returned some bolt had fallen off the back of the toilet and there was a small leak from the toilet. We put a towel there, which was sufficient for the leak. On the last night while we were at the wedding we attended we got a call from the hotel asking if we were going to be coming in for our reservation for that night and I had to explain to them that we had already been there for two nights already....there answer was hummm, I am not sure what happened but ok, i will cancel this reservation. I asked the lady, will our keys work when we get back to the hotel to get into our room and I went on and explained what had happened that previous evening. She said they should and that she doesn't have any control over what her co-workers do. Guess what.....OUR KEYS DID NOT WORK !!!!!!!....When checking out the next morning, I went to the office and again I had to wait so they could get someone that spoke a little more english than the one at the front desk or the cleaning lady that could not understand, I wanted a receipt. I got my receipt and left. So long story short, no I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would should have paid the extra $20 to stay at the Hampton Inn. less

I am sorry we were not able to meet your expectations. I understand you had many concerns and I hope I can help explain. Due to the coronavirus .we have been advised to close our buffet style breakfast area for the safty of our employees and guests. We are providing a breakfast to go bag option as well . on hot side we have had only 1 item (burritos or biscuits) . Due to covid guest who's staying more than 1 night we are offering different service so our housekeeper does not go to that room and touch any amenities but we are extremely sorry that wasn't commutate upon check in . please give us one more chance to keep your future stay happy and pleasant . Management just stated to upgrade property from inside and out . our guest will enjoy new upgraded facilities very soon .
