Our stay at that location was disappointing to say the least. The check in process was acceptable however the staff was less than helpful during our stay. When we awoke in the morning we realized that there was no shower curtain in the room, and the refrigerator was wasn't operating. We told one of the custodial staff about the refrigerator and the shower curtain and left for the day. When we returned we found that the refrigerator had been repaired, however the room hadn't been attended to even though the shower curtain was replaced in the room and the attendant knew the room was empty and unkempt.
When we went to the front desk later that evening to ask for more towels and wash cloths the young lady at the desk didn't seem to be overly concerned about our the condition of our room and didn't even bother to ask if what our room number was. She really didn't say much of anything she just handed us tiles and looked at us with a blank stare.
We were also concerned about The condition of the hotel that evening. When we got up in the morning Sunday morning to go get breakfast we noticed that there were soiled panties left in the A corridor overnight. Upon leaving the hotel we notice that they were still there and no one had bothered to remove them.
Upon check out the person at the front desk never bothered to ask us how our stay was when I asked him if I could possibly fill out a survey, he said he would email me one along with my final statement and gave me the general managers business card to voice concerns if I had any.
The email never arrived for the survey, so wrote to the general manager, and never received a response. I find it troubling that a hotel can allow their guests to get to the point where they have to email the general manager, and your concerns are never addressed. Needless to say, we will not be staying at that location again and are considering whether we want to stay at any Best Western locations in the future. less
