AVOID IT LIKE PLAGUE. THEY DON'T CLEAN THEIR ROOMS.

Our room was NOT cleaned at all. We arrived a day late due to transportation issue (we still paid for the night we didn’t stay). Since we arrived a day late, they had PLENTY of time to clean and prep the room. But yet it was DISGUSTING. Upon arrival into our room, our pillows had CHUNKS of hair inside the pillow case! We were the only guest that received a physical turn-key room instead of renovated card key rooms. We asked for second set of keys and they denied because there are no other keys. Why were we given this room when there are plenty of other EMPTY rooms that had renovated and had card key entry???????
Our room was dirty, smelly, dusty. Hotel staff was VERY RUDE. Since day of arrival, the cleaning staff got yelled at the manager (because of dirty room). Then she continued to GLARE at us every time she saw us. I asked her where the exit to the lobby was, and she GLARED at me and ignored me. She was EXTREMELY LOUD while pretend to clean. She was on the phone ALL the time. She acted like she didn't even want to work there. Also we never received any form of apology. Even the manager on duty did not apologize and when she brought the "new" pillows to us, she unlocked and opened the door without knocking (we were inside the room) and then dropped the pillows on the ground. We were here for business and I will tell ALL MY COWORKERS NOT TO STAY HERE. I WILL TELL EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE.
NOBODY HERE IS PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE RUDE AND DIRTY AND DIRESPECTFUL. EVERYONE NEED TO DO THEIR JOB. OUR ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY AND NEVER CLEANED. STAFF WAS SO RUDE. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NEVER NEVER TO STAY HERE. WORST HOTEL EVER. WHY WERE WE GIVEN AN OLD UNCLEANED ROOM WHEN THERE WERE NEW ROOMS AVAILABLE? SO DIRTY. SO UNSANITARY. THIS PLACE NEED TO SHUT DOWN. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
