Dear Alan , First of all, thank you for your time spent with us and for the compliments profuse, I would like to clarify some points that are not exactly as she saw them: * AIR CONDITIONING: It is absolutely true that it is only available after 19:00, pm , she probably did not realize that it can activate it directly from inside her room at any time of the day or night! it's just that you can not control the temperature. * TELEVISION AND FOOTBALL: Televisions of our superior and deluxe rooms are led by 26 inches, in the room can comfortably watch the football matches on pay per view and clear , in our restaurant there is no television, of course you are referring to the TV placed in the TV room where he watched the game in the clear. Dear Mjm752 And 'our duty to respond to his statements by topic almost totally in line with reality : *Accomodation Hotel : I can only thank your for the appreciations made to the structure . *Restaurant : It ' absolutely ungenerous what you said about our restaurant , and I repeat it after eaten consumed ! n.2 appetizers , n.2 pasta dishes with n.1 bottle of wine cirò doc , has absolutely announced to the staff room some disappointment on the foods consumed, the day after he preferred to go to dinner at a tavern ! it is clear what could be his taste at the table . Before concluding precise that our food does not provide for the supply of cheesy foods with raw materials finder of the freezer . *Staff Restaurant : Our staff is a composed exclusively of human material of the first band and highly professional , caring and host , here too she should explain further on what you mean by indifferent , as is so very offensive . *Express Delivery : Our reception and concierge acted as an intermediary between you and the courier , we have made have a cost estimate "wich she later accepted" for the shipment of your package , we proceeded to book them the withdrawal of the package at our hotel , we have repeatedly called for the withdrawal from the courier , all this without having telephone no charge ! upon arrival of the courier you personally handled the delivery of your package , made the payment of the service and picked up the receipt consegan of the pack itself .
