Best Western Hotel Residence Italia

We stayed here for 7 nights on our recent holiday in Cagliari. Location is perfect - easy frequent bus access to the city, and close to beach, nice walks, excellent restaurants and cafeterias. Riccardo and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would stay there again if we return to Cagliari. less

I wouldn't recommend this place! I understand that European hotels and standards are different. But this place made my skin crawl!! There was filth smudged all over the walls, u can tell the carpet and wall paper handt been changed in A LONG TIME!! everyone has different standards so maybe this would work for you....but not me! However the staff WAS AMAZING less

Easy to find with car parking on-site, check in and check out was hassle free. Reception staff who wanted to help. ideally situated outside Cagliari, 30 minute bus ride from hotel to the centre. plenty of restaurants in surrounding areas. 30 minute walk to beach. The start of an excellent 12 days in Sardinia. less

The bedroom was clean, spacious and quiet and the hotel receptionists were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Breakfast was buffet style, pleasingly laid out and clearly labelled. An enjoyable experience. less

Large spacious very clean rooms , nice bathrooms , fridge , kettle, hairdryer an safe in your room .lovely big variety continental breakfast . The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you . The hotel is far from the main city but you can get a bus into the city . Also you can get a weekly bus ticket for €12 which we found cheap . For us this made it perfect for us our stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ less
