Stayed for a week as a family of three in two rooms. The hotel was very clean, our room particularly so and there were Covid measures in place. The staff were very nice and helpful and breakfast was very good. Our room was on the second floor and not accessible via a lift so if you have mobility issues best to check. The room was large, with a comfortable bed and all the facilities you would need. The bathroom was a bit small but adequate though there were issues at time with the water pressure occasionally shower would just go off for a few minutes. The pull cord for the light was behind the shower curtain next to the shower which I am sure must be safe but was a bit unnerving. The bar was fine, but what I would say was that both the bar and restaurant were lacking in atmosphere. It might have been the Covid measures but they were very bright and the restaurant in particular felt more like a cafe - we didn't eat there at night for that reason. It is nothing that darker walls and better lighting would not fix. There is a pool but we did not use it mainly because od the Covid restrictions in place. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the beach and some nice gardens. The main town and harbour is about a mile away but it is flat so no problem.
All in all we enjoyed our week and would recommend for a comfortable stay in Weymouth. less
