This hotel is ok but has some problems which could prevent someone staying here again.
The food in the restaurant is over priced.
The air conditioning in the rooms doesn't work. As someone who doesn't come from a hot climate country, AC is important in your hotel room. The rooms have AC, the hotel just don't give you the option to turn it on as it is restricted throughout the day. Be warned, on a hot day, your hotel room will become a sauna.
The hotel has a gym / fitness centre but restricts the use to the hotel guests!!
It allows outside companies to use the gym and will not allow a hotel guest to use the gym at the same time.
You can use a local gym at €10 a session. Considering the hotel has a gym though and stops guests from using it.. poor management.
The hotel has parking but valet only. Slow and expensive.

Dear Sexual Tyrannoaurus,
thank you for your feedback that we will be precious to improve our service. I'm very sorry that your experience has been not good as usual we offer to our Guests and yes you have right about A/C but it was the first day of summer time and the day before was pretty cold so in this season is not easy to forecast but after your complaint we start soon with A/C but we need some hours to reach the fresh temperature and now thanks to you all the hotel is ready for the summer time. About the gym we organize also some lessons with personal trainer and when you decide to go unfortunately it was full, sorry for that. We offer to you to pay the entrance in the Gym close the hotel but unfortunately you didn't accept our offer. About the parking there are some public areas in the streets free during the night and 8 euro for the all day, the valet service park your car in a safe closed garage and it costs 20 € night and day. About the restaurant one dish of homemade italian pasta with fish and one bottle of water for 14 euros is the best that we can do it. In the end please give us another possibility, I remain at your full disposal for the next stay hoping it will be longer than one night.
