We arrived by car and there was plenty of free parking outside and also covered.Hotel also have Parking Garage might not be free did not ask. No Restaurant but a short walk to Town. Rooms very small and hot. A/C not set for cooling yet reception explained still Cold outside at night. So we left window open from arrival and it was still 24,6 degress at 04,30 with window open. Did ofcourse complain during checkout and had B/F Euro 14x2 taken off the bill, ok even if poor deduction for bad nights sleep. Pillows could have been softer. B/F was normal French. less

Thank you for providing some feedback on your experience.
I would like to highlight the fact that we have no less than 8 room types at our hotel ranging from smaller rooms of 15m² to larger rooms or suites of over 50m², with the price increasing as the room size increased.
As far as the A/C issue is concerned, on behalf of my entire team, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you had during your stay.
For the comfort of our future guests, we scheduled to upgrade our A/C units in our rooms with quieter and more efficient brand new A/C units.
I was monitoring the weather and scheduled the work to be done on cool days (everybody will remember this month of May as being the coldest/sadest month of May a long time) to ensure that minimal inconvenience would be incurred by our guests.
Unfortunately, I understand that if our website reads that our rooms are equipped with A/C, and you are not able to turn it on (even if the cold weather with less than 10°C night temperatures does not justify it), we are coming short of our promise.
I hope that you will give us another opportunity in the future so you can enjoy our hotel the same way the vast majority of our guests do.
