We spend 1 night in this hotel and rented 3 bedrooms. When we arrived the receptionist did not know much about the property or the surroundings and told us that he works at 30 different properties. We asked for cigarettes and he had to check on google where we can buy some. Breakfast is OK but nothing fancy, bedroom are small but I guess this is refelected in the price. Kettle in the bedroom but only 1 individual pack of powder coffee and no milk. When we came back at 5pm to check'in as the bedroom were not available at 12h30 for check in we found the recepcionist asking kids in the street to borrow their phone to make a call as he was locked out of the hotel and no one else was working at that moment. He took their phone and called the last person to check in as he could see her phone number on his desk and this client to come down to open the door. Very funny situation. And overall the building could do with a little bit more maintenance. The ceiling before passing throughthe door at the entrance looks like it will fall on you. And for general info the metro runs under the hotel and start early in the morning. less

To tell you the truth, we have been working with a few extras in reception in recent weeks.
These people know the hotel and the neighbourhood less well than the staff present all year round, but they are just as involved and with a desire to do the right thing.
It is true that the situation must have been fun, I think that all people who have doors that close automatically have already experienced this at least once.
Thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay in Paris, I hope that our privileged location has given you the opportunity to discover the treasures of the capital.
