Good day. First off i just want to say thank you for making my birthday party last July 24, 2018 a success. I want to commend Mr. Ryan and Mr Jomar for giving us their best service! Kudos to them. Thank you sir garry for the balloon pillar! Thank you Jia for assisting us during the reservation of the event and for some considerations she did! As per the food, as what i know, it should be a controlled buffet that can serve up to 30pax, however, since wala namang nagmanage nung buffet, there was a shortage with the meat as some of my friends wasnt able to have it. Thank you Glee for the fast action regarding this concern I just have some suggestions, dont do the headcount in front of your guest, dont make it obvious. i just find it a bit awkward. I know i only booked for 30 pax. Some comments that i get from my friends was the pasta was bland but the pork is okay. The pica pica that we were expecting was served late also when one of the guest ask ‘wala ka bang pa cornik man lang’. Dun lang nila na iserve patapos na yung event and konti nalang ang guests.
My event finished around 11pm and since we were a bit tired and a bit tipsy from the event, some of my friends requested if they can stay in a while in the room i booked. Na sana naiintindihan rin nila. Medyo nadisappoint lang ako kase I was expecting that they will give a bit of consideration, since nagbook naman ako ng event and ended a bit late plus my sister is working in your hotel. She’s actually the one who pushed me to have my celebration there. I was a bit embarrassed for my friends as the Manager on Duty keep reminding us that they will send someone na daw to check the room and need na mag headcount. They make us feel na kelangan na talaga nilang umalis and that they are not welcome. They should have atleast gave a bit consideration.
I don’t know if it is because my sister is their employee or that is how they treat their guest. I see how they treat their staff. Nakakawalang gana. Buti may mga nag i-stay pa na mga nice and good employees. Ive met the duty manager which happens to be my guest’s friend. Kahit papano sana she’ll be nicer, i just thought. I know shes just doing her job but In hotel industry its not all the time follow the rules and policy, it’s about the customer service and who would go out the extra mile to make the guest have a memorable experience. Plus yung room namen, sobrang daming dents and scratches and mga peeled off na paint. Unpleasant tignan. Ayun lang, plus your OJTs, teach them how to greet your guest. Kahit simpleng good morning/afternoon will do. less
