Terrible experience! No air conditioning, so I had to choose between keeping the windows closed and melting inside the bedroom, or opening the windows and being attacked by mosquitoes, having the risk of someone entering the room at night because you can have easy access to the windows on the first floor, and dealing with the outside noise that keeps you awake.
Speaking of noise, the elevator was absurdly loud. It appeared as if someone was hammering a nail to the wall, all night long. When I called reception they appeared to know about that but said that it’s just how it was and they couldn’t do nothing.
No fridge in the room. The pillows were extremely soft. The TV led was too bright and was lighting up the entire bedroom at night. The free wi-fi was so bad that I preferred to use my cell phone as a hotspot.
I requested a king size bed on my reservation and they gave me twin beds. Even the mineral water had a bad taste.
I would rename the hotel to “Worse Western”. less

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future.
As our rooms do not have an air conditioning we offer our guests to bring a fan to the room. If you prefer to open your window instead we can note for your next stay that you prefer a room to the quite backyard.
We can understand your displeasure regarding the sound from the lift. For about 3 weeks we are waiting for a essential component to fix the lift. Unfortunately we are depending on the manufacturer and the availability of the component.
As our rooms do not have a fridge we offer all guests the possibility to bring their drinks to the hotel bar to cool them in our fridge.
I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.
