Unusually, we are, admittedly. And that we are on top of a shopping center and directly above the main station is unfortunately not changeable. For everything else we can take the responsibility for the cleanliness as well as the exterior of the hotel. Too bad this was not to your complete satisfaction, but we are working on it and trying to improve.

Very Convenient, could be more comforatble
