A hotel in the middle of a dreary sterile industrial estate with motor way noise. , lack of staff and over heated !!

Dear 84NigelM, I am sorry to read we did not exceed your expectations. Some explanations : - not enough staff : we had a sick person that night and we didn't manage to find an extra quick enough, so we did all our best to serve everybody quickly - restaurant closed : your tour operator informed us that they would not eat in the hotel, as their customers were supposed to eat in ypres. Otherwise, we would have been more than happy to open the restaurant for 90 people ! So, I can assure that we were not totally in fault. Hope you understand us more now ! Dear Bushman2011, I am sorry to read we did not exceed your expectations. Some explanations : - not enough staff : we had a sick person that night and we didn't manage to find an extra quick enough, so we did all our best to serve everybody quickly - air conditioning : strange you had too warm end of October. Dear Chis a, I am sorry to read we did not exceed your expectations. However, I think the fact you were not fully satisfied was more the distance to Spa Francorchamps then our services. We indeed do not have any ATM machines but you will never find this in a Belgian hotel. This is very important to us. About the restaurant, it close at 10 PM but you can always order snacks at the bar. best regards. About the staff, I think this is very subjective. our staff is always very professional and attentive. Of course, when there is a huge number of customers coming at once, it can happen that our services are a little bit slower. But normally, it is not a problem for our customers.
