Aurelia was the best place we stayed on this 3-week trip. I highly recommend spending time here if you are exploring this part of Provence or if you simply want to spend a couple days relaxing in a beautiful part of the world.
The rooms (we stayed in two different rooms) are comfortable with plenty of room for the two of us and our suitcases. The beds were great. TV has many channels, a couple in English, some in German, some in Spanish, most in French. The rooms and the whole hotel is very clean and quiet.
The pool area and terrace and gardens provide a relaxed spot to enjoy the beautiful weather of a Provence spring day.
Even though the hotel was full, it was rare to see many people around. At all times, it was quiet. The room prices are very reasonable.
Breakfast included many options including bakery items, fruit, cereals, eggs and cheeses and meats. It is extra, 12.50 Euros each.
Each of the staff members are extremely helpful and friendly. I try to speak French, but the staff is quite good in English. I think that there are staff members who speak Spanish and German also. My wife and I are very appreciative that they found us a room for one night when we were rather desperate for a good place to stay. Then, after I mentioned that we would love to spend another couple nights here, they called me as soon as they had a cancellation so that we could spend 2 more nights. less
