Dealt with the rudeness of Irene, came back two hours later, because my early check in request was ignored, and was told in the most hostile way I was still too early, but she "found " us a room. She knew it was filthy, she asked specifically if that room was ready and we went to it. The sheets were yellow and hadn't been changed since last guest, the floor turned my feet black in 5 steps. Dust undies and funk all over the floor. I was mad, but did NOT want to bother with Irene's face again so I stayed. Check my statement and they charged me money. Called to see why they accused me of stealing pillows. Diamond member no issues anywhere but that one. AVOIDD less
