I have been loyal to the BW brand for about eight years now. I am beginning to doubt this decision now. This location is pretty much what you would expect for where it is located. Which is unfortunate. BW is a known brand of hotels and it seems that all of the locations that I have stayed at since COVID have actually let their cleaning standards fall. Sure they may disinfect, but they are not cleaning. After this last stay, I am strongly considering changing hotel brands for my personal and business travel. To add some background, my wife was an executive housekeeper (the manager) for two hotel brands. The level of cleaning that those hotels provide is amazing. You won't find dust on a picture frame even and that is the standard that I now expect at all hotels I stay at. Sure, I don't care about dust on the picture frames, but I care that I can take some soap and water on a wash cloth and clean the bathroom sink and have it come away black. That is concerning and that is what is happening at BW. This location did not acknowledge that I was a member, did a poor job cleaning the room, and the shower was poorly installed and the handle was broken out of the side of it. Hair on the towels, shower walls, and floor. Overall it was not what I expected of the BW brand that I knew before. Yes, every hotel is different, but the brand is the brand. In the end, I guess you really do get what you pay for. The price was decent considering the location, but on my return trips out that way, I will be finding somewhere else to stay. less

The pandemic protocols have brought in some irregularities and we will definitely work on getting them fixed at the earliest. We have also briefed the housekeeping staff about this and from here on, we will adopt a more stringent approach, especially when it comes to enhancing our regular quality checks.
