Easy to book on line, no issues. There was a statement that food service MIGHT be affected, but ended up having 'grab and go' option only. Pretty limited. We were supposed to be told at check in that there wasn't daily room service unless requested; we got back at the end of the day to find our bed not made (which didn't bother us) but the towels had not been changed out. Front desk clerk brought up new towels. Also didn't know the pool wouldn't be open. It did open before we left, but was too cold to be comfortable. If I had known the issues that we experienced, might have looked for a different property/less expensive with no pool and breakfast not included. Overall, the room was clean and quiet, no issues with noise. Shower spray was pretty good, not the best/strongest we've had at other hotels. Used to be a Comfort Suites location, so room was a bit larger/had a couch and desk. Bed was comfortable. AC worked well. less
