I’ve been a BW reward member for years. I talked with 3 different people during the reservation, check-in, check-out process and was given 3 different answers as to the cost. NO ONE mentioned there was a security deposit. This is the first time I’ve ever had to do that in years of travel. Then, the deposit was not promptly refunded, even after questioning. I’ve usually traveled for business, but this time was leisure. Won’t stay there agin. less

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. I am sorry to hear about your troubles with our security deposit. There is a sign at the check-in counter as well as you initial next to it on you registration card. We also release the hold at the time of check out. It could take your bank 24 to 72 business hours to release it back to you. I am sorry that the staff did not inform you appropriately. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future.
