gave away our reservation

Dear Mr. Tierson -- On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize that we were not able to accommodate your accessible room on the first night of your stay. It was very unfortunate that we did not have proper notes in your reservation and that we made the error in judgment of giving the room to someone who also needed it. I am truly sorry for this error and we have discussed this internally and made a strict policy that anytime someone requests an accessible room that we leave explicit notes so this never happens again. We appreciated your flexibility very much in allowing us to bring a shower chair in to your room the first night. I'm sorry we did not have a better option for you, but I am glad we were able to move you in to the accessible room after your first night. We appreciate your feedback and again apologize for the disappointing experience.

Dear Ian -- Thank you for your recent stay and for taking the time to share your experience. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for the shortcomings that detracted from your stay. Your feedback has helped us recognize that if we have a sports team staying with us, our staff must do a better job of policing the hallways to ensure that no one is making noise in the halls and the halls are clear. Our vending machine provider regularly (at least once a month, usually twice a month), services the machines, so I am so sorry that there were expired drinks. I have asked them to come in and go through every item to make sure this doesn't happen again. During COVID, we are offering limited housekeeping services based on local restrictions, and linens are changed upon request. I'm sorry we didn't do a better job of letting you know this. We would have gladly brought new linens if we had known. Again, you have my sincerest apologies. Sincerely, Susan
