Staff is NOT wearing masks, contrary to the "We Care Clean" BW video. The video is available on YouTube. We were told it was optional for staff to wear them. The cable would not work on the television; we were told 20ish minutes till repair could be there. After an hour we finally figured out on our own how to fix it. There was a used wash cloth hanging in the shower. Unnecessary items (pen and paper) remain in the room, contrary to video. No masks, unnecessary items, used wash cloth, unwrapped fruit in Grab & Go breakfast -- what can I assume about adherence to the rest of "We Care Clean" protocol? less

We very much appreciate your feedback from your recent stay with us. On behalf of our entire team, including our owners, I would like to apologize for the shortcomings you experienced with our new We Care Clean protocols. Our cleaning protocols are our most important priority, especially during this time, but obviously we failed you during your stay and I sincerely apologize for that. By making us aware of your experience, you have given us the opportunity to improve, and we will be meeting with our housekeeping and breakfast teams to review the components of our new We Care Clean protocols to ensure that we exceed our guests’ expectations in every way going forward. We hope to have an opportunity to welcome you back to our hotel on a future stay and to redeem ourselves. Thank you again for your honest feedback. Sincerely, Kelli Lantz, GM
