The hotel was clean and well kept. Reception and indoor pool were very nice. Parking is free and plentiful.
The fridge was not working. Within minutes housekeeping came to look at it. They could not get it to work so they called reception which moved us to another room just across from the first one. This was done quickly without any delay and the receptionist even brought the keys to our door. Both young ladies in reception and housekeeping were very helpful and nice.
The breakfast area was very clean and contained a big variety. Juice, tea & coffee, 3 types of cereals, milk, boiled eggs, sliced cheese, Philly cheese, butter, Greek yogurt, fruit cups, apples, egg patties, pork sausage, potatoes, English muffins, white & brown toast, bagels, jam, peanut butter, 2 waffle makers and several toppings. Very fresh and well organized.
We walked to the outlet mall. There are still good deals even with the dollar so high. The town should build sidewalks. It is hard and dangerous to walk from the hotel to the mall.
Wi-Fi speed was fast and easy to connect (I measured 20 down). A reasonable variety of TV channels were available. Fridge and microwave were very good. Safe was available in the room but you had to get the key from reception. We did not need it so I'm not sure if it costs extra. Coffee maker in the room with lots of coffee, tea, sweeteners and coffee creamer. We ordered extra pillows as the ones in the room were not enough for us.
We enjoyed staying there and we would gladly stay again. Special thanks to the young lady in reception for all the help she gave us. less
