Pretty nice

We travel the country and stay at many hotels. We travel with our dogs and a large vehicle. There was little parking for us. The hotel is in a congested area. The rest of the stay was great! The ... more

Thank you for your comments. "Yes" double renting a room is a big mistake. I understand since you wrote this, you have talked to the front desk. She explained about the computer freezing up. But it doesn't make it right. We are looking into a manual backup in cause it happens again. Again you have my apologies. Thank you for all the very nice comments you left us too. We hope to see you again soon. Sincerely, Karen Nielson 970-261-0026 granderiver@earthlink.net

A nice landing spot after crossing the Rockies

Thank you for your comments. I'm glad you liked our choices for breakfast. It is nice to have breakfast before you hit the road. One of the favorites is our homemade oatmeal. The full service restaurants are across the street from the hotel. There are American, Mexican and Italian. Next time please try one of them, they are good. Again thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you again soon. Sincerely, Karen Nielson 970-261-0026 granderiver@earthlink.net

Two broken ribs trying to use the jacuzzi.

02/02/2017 Patricia W, Portola, California

Thank you for taking the time to give us your thoughts. I agree 100% with you that it is very dangerous to climb out of a hot tub without using the stairs and hand rail. Our hot tub has well marked stairs on the inside of the tub, the 2 stairs on the outside have strips of a non-slip material with a strong convenient hard rail. The pool room floor is rated much higher than required with a non-slip surface. The safety of our guest is a high priority at the hotel. The hotel is inspected often to make sure we are keeping our guests safe. Again thank you for your comments, we hope you have a beautiful summer enjoying your mountain climbing. Sincerely, Karen Nielson 970-261-0026 granderiver@earthlink.net
