First of all, we made a mistake in our reservation and my wife was very sick and had also misplaced her cell phone in the lobby. Eric was very helpful in straightening out our mess, calling her cell phone to see if they could find it, and calling me to get our confirmation number (which was for a different date). He talked to the manager, and they ended up upgrading our room for the same original price. Knowing my wife was sick, the breakfast host, Anisha (I think), offered me a bottle of Gatorade and another drink to take to the room. I told her my wife didn't like Gatorade or the other kind of drink, so she offered to drive to a convenience store to get my wife what she liked. I declined, but it brought tears to my eyes that she was so willing to go out of her way to help us. On another day, I called the desk to see when they stopped serving breakfast. The manager happened to be on duty and told us they had already stopped, but she offered to get what we wanted and bring it to the room, which she did. What service! We talked to four different people at the front desk in out two-night stay, and everyone of them told us if there was anything they could do for us to let them know. The staff here was the most helpful and understanding that we have ever encountered in our travels. less
