stayed 4 days, key cards did not work each day, one time, twice in one day they had to be fixed, front desk, said 1st time they had checked us out by mistake, from then on just said, sometimes this happens. Large metal piece sticking out from frame, had to use our pillows to not bang into it, no maintenance to fix it until following day, Breakfast ran out of paper plates, told guest to try using a bowl, I pointed out they were located across from a supermarket, couldn't they get some, that led to staff discussion within earshot, of how to pay for it, and the "I'm not paying for them etc.". I would think there would be petty cash, since there is a coin laundry and vending machines on site. There was not one ashtray outside for smokers so cigarettes were thrown about. less
