I would think that a three night stay would warrant at least one room clean but nearly $700 later and our room was filled with our trips worth of trash. The toilet was clogged and we were given the plunger to fix it. Nothing edible for an adult at “breakfast” unless you enjoy pop tarts or packaged oatmeal. Landscaping crew began mowing/trimming directly outside our first floor room before 8am. less

Thank you for staying with us. I am sorry that we failed to meet your expectations. Currently, due to the nationwide staff shortage, we are operating with 1 of 12 housekeepers that we normally have. Because of this we are not servicing rooms daily but can help with towels and trash. We tell all guests that need trash taken out to simply leave their trash can in the hallway and we will take out the trash and put a new bag in. When you came down to the desk about a clogged toilet our desk clerk told you she would take care of it, you told her that you just needed a plunger and would do it. We tried to do it for you but you would not let us. What would you like to see for an adult breakfast? You failed to mention that we offer 3 types of Jimmy Dean sandwiches (bacon, sausage, and ham, all with egg and cheese), a variety of yogurt, bananas, muffins, and yes pop tarts and oatmeal. I am sorry about the landscapers being outside early. I set that up over a month ago and they were supposed to call me when they were coming out. They arrived without calling and were here earlier than I would have liked.
