We booked this hotel, knowing we'd wouldn't drive home following a Brewers game in Milwaukee. The hotel rooms were still being cleaned at 2:00 PM. We think the check in lady probably was the only employee, as we'd didn't see any housekeeping staff. Our room was ready however. The room was clean, but had a slightly odd smell. Not sure what it was. Possibly just a cleaning agent that we've never smelled before? Doubtful, but anyhow the room was clean. We slept well, following the game. The next morning I noticed what I'm hoping was water from the toilet tank, on the bathroom floor. Hoping they check into that, as a wax ring leak would be horrible. Breakfast bar was typical, but tastes fine. Again, it seemed as the owner was the only person working there. Food ran out often, as did coffee. She was working hard, but we didn't see employees. All in all, the hotel was clean, we slept well on a good bed, and they fed us. I wouldn't want to stay here for extended timeframes, but was fine for one night getaway. less
