I stayed for one night, got bite marks all over my legs and when I emailed the manager he said he could see something wasn't right and would investigate this only to be replied back with other people have stayed there previously and I have had no complaints, they removed the thick blanket I used as it was cold and then told me I. Almost every email we look forward to seeing you next week and I have a new room. I wouldn't expect them to tell me other people have had the same problem as that causes problems for themselves, however I don't feel they really cared and it's a shame as I said the location is great but the decor needs updating, most of the staff are friendly when there not on google searching for clothes and ignoring you. I would not recommend this place and has quiet frankly put me off staying in a best western ever again. less

I am sorry to hear that you did not feel your problems with your stay were handled well. The problem was investigated immediately after you emailed us, and as the bedclothes in all our rooms are changed daily and housekeeping clean the rooms thoroughly between guests, we could only conclude that the blanket you used during your stay must have been the problem as although they are cleaned on a regular basis, they are kept in the wardrobe unless a guest wishes to use it.
We have had the room inspected and the blanket removed, and of course the rooms are cleaned daily by our housekeeping staff, so please be assured nothing is wrong with the room.
I am very sorry that this problem occurred during your stay with us, we do always hope that even guests who have had a problem during their stay might chose to stay with us again so we can have a chance to provide a better experience second time round. However we completely understand your decision to stay elsewhere.
