*** MUST READ******* Where do i start? firstly just like to add i actually checked out & found alternative accommodation. firstly clear what the room had been used for. mascara and Makeup/Hair all over the pillows. White Powder on the bedside tables. Mud and footwear prints up the net curtains & walls. Shower hose in 2 pieces & Brown sludge coming from the toilet. To top it off the Hotel is filthy throughout..... on Check in i noticed lots of strange characters outside smoking swearing etc. as i went inside X2 club Bouncers on the door? this is not the norm in a British hotel. around 1 hour Later screaming and shouting arguing fighting. door staff having to intervene. Hot Meals & soup Kitchen in reception for 15+ Homeless Guests the council have housed in the hotel. less

I was surprized to read the issues in your room as this is not our usual standard, please accept our sincere apologies for falling short of your expectations, your feedback is important to us as this continually help us to improve the facilities and guest services we offer.
I am aware that you have checked in at around 2.00pm, and only at around 9.30pm when you decided to leave the hotel, the Duty Manager was notified of some of the issues, (please note that we do not rent rooms by the hour).
Due to the actual Covid-19 pandemic, we are also accommodating NHS and other key/essential workers, apologies about the issue outside with the Council Guests, the security team is here to action on any issue.
