Our experience could have been much better with a little management attention. Before we even got to our room, we identified a major security breach when the security door, which should have required a key card to gain entry, was unlock for the length of our stay making the entire facility available to anyone who wanted to gain access.
Beyond that, a series of too many minor annoyances: a coffee maker (with K-cups) was provided but no coffee cups; cable TV stations that offered 4-5 ad channels (from prostate health to the right size bra to glittery jewelry to music offerings etc. etc.) for each broadcast channel; when an extra blanket was requested for our king size bed, only a queen size blanket was delivered. Just too many little things that overshadowed an otherwise acceptable stay. less
