First of all, I will /shall remain HONEST, ALWAYS!! I've stayed here PLENTY OF TIMES,( last time 26th of April,2019, checked in about 9:30-45pm.).Prior stays weren't perfect, but issues didn't have me CRYING or SCARED TO DEATH!!,such as our last stay did. We stopped here to get sum rest, since we had 9-10hrs away from our destination. Trying to process that my dad's FUNERAL is the 28th, but the wake was the 27th at 5-7pm. Awakened by my husband screaming bugs, bugs crawling on the other bed, nobody was sleeping in. Called front desk, to no avail, I quickly put it in paper and tissue and took it directly to them (it was still moving ) 5:27am .Im disgruntled at this point, What's going to be done about this?? I asked.. Well we can put you in another room!! What?? I don't want to go to another room to POSSIBLY go through the same thing. No thanks, sweetie. My husband and I was so tired we went to cracker barrel to get something to eat and came back to the hotel,(the fdc said there's nothing she can do, the manager will be there at 7am.) we waited, not there yet, (money not returned to my card).
My husband speaks to her first, I'm still asleep,but I heard him say ,that is a lie...U KNOW NOBODY SMOKED CIGARETTES IN THAT ROOM!!!!! I'm up now and boiling mad,give me the phone and I immediately killed whatever she was trying to do( cigarette pack was laying on the nightstand I was scratching lottery tickets in the bathroom) besides, I've been a LOYAL TOP LEVEL MEMBER FOR QUITE SOME TIME, we've never disregarded ANY RULES NEVER, I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE trying to insinuate... WE'VE STAYED HERE NUMEROUS TIMES AND NEVER EVER SMOKED A CIGARETTE IN WHATEVER ROOM we were in. Made me feel like she was trying to make up anything, to cover the fact that THERE IS BEDBUGS IN THAT DARN room, lock didn't work either It was 117 or 127. Tues,Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon..have yet to return our calls, ironic that NOW, whenever we call, I we leave messages & someone has yet to reach out to us.. U CLAIM U HAVE PEST CONTROL SPRAY EVERYDAY, not true at all. CORPORATE is aware of how this has been handled or lack thereof. Stayed many different states, cities all over,never had a bad report about us never less
