When we made reservations we asked for a king or queen bed, she said you would have to do two queens, we didn't need two. Morgan checked us in, we originally thought we would stay two nights, but quickly changed our minds. We told Morgan we would be checking out by 11: AM. BTW we asked for a map of El Campo, don't expect one from the hotel. I had forgotten to print on from home. My husband hasn't been there in over thirty years and the town has grown. Every hotel we've stayed in has some sort of map of the town, even if they print a curiosity one - she wouldn't. The biggest problem, Morgan charged our account 288.00, even when we told her one night. The Manager was no help, neither was Dawn in customer service. Even after we checked out the final payment did not reflect our payment. they have my money on hold. THANKS FOR SCREWING A DISABLED VET!!! less
